Details will be attached on another page.

. . . .Our service is for ALL ANIMALS—DOGS, CATS BUNNIES, TURTLES, HORSES, LLAMAS, GOATS, CHICKENS AND WHATEVER ANIMAL IS NEAR AND DEAR TO THE HEART OF ITS OWNER. Help get a crowd out for this special night by inviting friends to join us. It’s always an enjoyable event, and a variety of animals makes it even better.

SHOW PLANS

. . . .Our judging panel is in place for May 2007. Thanks to the best ever assistant show chair, KAY MOORE, we were able to make the breed judging assignments and complete the job in one afternoon. This year’s panel includes Richard Bauer, Richard Chashoudian, Dana Cline, Richard DiMarco, Frank McCartha, Frank Nemeth, Sue Rose, and Chris Walkowicz. If current plans by the Belmont county Fair Board progress, we should have an INDOOR show this year. We should have two very large buildings available by May.

SEPTEMBER MEETING

. . . .You missed a great program. The two K-9 deputies form the Belmont County Sheriff’s department did a fantastic job presenting their program using a ten year old Belgian Malinois and a Czechlovakian Shepherd. The dogs were truly amazing and the dedication of the deputies, Tim Scott and Steve Curffman, are beyond anyone’s expectations. We were able to obtain permission from the AKC to have a featured presentation during the lunch break at our show. The deputies train and support the dogs strictly on their own time. Very little funding is given by the County. We will have donation containers available at the show and will give a portion of our profit to the K-9 dogs and handlers. They are truly deserving of our support!

SHOW WINS

. . . .Moonlight’s The Druid was WD both days at Greater Lafayette KC 9/16 and 9/17, and WD for a 3 point major at Newnan (Georgia) KC 9/24. He now needs a major to ? nish. 9 month old Doveland’s Winter Solstice was WD for a major at the Greater Atlanta Toy Dog Association Specialty 9/21 under breeder judge Tom Killcullen. He now has both majors. Bertie Prettyman

. . . .We have a new arrival here at Templar, Wildhare Category Five, a 5 month old white/brindle parti whippet girl, arrived from Oklahoma recently and will start her show career at Tallmadge in January! Tattershall Time ‘N Again does it again! She was a winner at the Metropolitan Atlanta Whippet Association and American Whippet Club Southern Specialty Sweeps in September, owner-handled all the way!
